“[My daughter] learned a lot about how to get along with different personalities and to resolve conflict without getting an adult involved.”
- Hidden Falls parent, 2007

Tucked away among the giant California Redwoods, 2 hours south of San Francisco, lies this 90 acre resident camp. Hidden Falls is a more rustic camp and features outdoor sleeping and an open air dining hall with commercial kitchen. The camp also has a swimming pool, art and nature center, a low ropes course, program lodge, hiking trails, two waterfalls along a mountain creek and much more.

In the spirit of the great outdoors, most campers at Hidden Falls sleep outdoors under the stars. The camp has six living units with sleeping areas on the ground, called "nests." One unit offers sleeping platforms. There are rain shelters in three of the living units. All units have a campfire circle, picnic tables, running water and bathrooms with low-flush toilets.

Towards the entrance of camp is our beautiful open-air dining hall that looks out to the Redwood trees and seats up to 180 people. Meals are served family style from our complete commercial kitchen. The camp office is located above the dining hall. The Singing Logs outside the dining hall are the central gathering place for camper groups. The swimming pool and shower house are located across the meadow from the dining hall. The Health and Wellness Center is a separate building located in the central area of camp.
Hidden Falls offers several aquatic areas. A large swimming pool is located in main camp. The creek that runs through camp can be explored on creekhikes and campers can swim at the main Hidden Falls.
All campers have the opportunity to explore the natural environment with hands on activities in our Nature Center or in field activities around the camp. An Art Center is also available where campers can express themselves with traditional arts and crafts.
Hidden Falls offers a central meadow for sports and games, an amphitheater style campfire circle and an archery range. Talent shows and theatrical performances are held in our large outdoor stage. A Low Element Challenge Course is also available to all campers. The course is available to groups during the school year, depending on the weather.
The Home of Friendship is one of the more prominent buildings on site. It has a common room, two small rooms, two bathrooms with showers and a complete kitchen. During the summer months it serves as the staff recreation area. Throughout the school year, it is available for rent.
